Global Accelerator Program Begins

The 2016 Global Start-up Acceleration Program supported by KISED kicks off this week. The Toronto operator KIGA Labs will be running the program for 3 months to support startups establish international expansions and venture outside of Korea. The program agenda consists of essential skills for startups including mentorship and training for fundraising and sales.
The three companies participating this year come from Korea and operate in the Smart Building, IT solutions, and Mobile sectors.
S2K Technology is an IT security startup that develops personal authentication solutions using smartphone technology. S2K is a two factor authentication solution based on linked transactions one time password while using your smartphone as a means for two factor authentication.
SmartIEQ is a smart building solutions that aims to support and improve design, management and performance of the workspace, through profiling the physical and environmental quality of existing built environments to correlate with user satisfaction. It is their ambition to minimize the total energy consumption of building operation while still meeting users’ comfort expectations, increase productivity and retain health to the highest level.
Smart Study is an animation and mobile development company. Established in June 2010, they have acquired more than 10 years of experience in the fields of MMO games and web services.
