A serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of marketing, sales and management experience as CEO and founder of StorageASP, ZOINet, ZOI World and SNI. In the past 10+ years, Wayne has been building a Cloud Based secure storage, backup, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery services to enterprise customers in Canada/USA. Under Wayne’s leadership, StorageASP was able to obtain over U$4 Million venture funding to develop and deploy the Cloud Services in Canada and the USA. Currently, StorageASP is the Managed Cloud Service market leader in Canada. Wayne’s work experience includes Director of Marketing at AT&T Canada, Technical Manager at Convergent Technology in Santa Clara, CA. and INKE(International Network of Korean Entrepreneurs) North America Chairperson. Wayne is a graduate of Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Jay Lee received an M.A.Sc degree in Engineering at the University of Toronto. He has over 30 years of experience in Business Development.

As a Managing Partner at KIGALabs, Jay is responsible for business development activities with respect to new accounts and new markets. In this role, Jay will drive the creation of partnerships with major strategic partners and develop business relationships with customers and vendors.

Jae Chong has over 30 years of international business experience. As a computer science graduate from the University of Toronto, he started his career as a software developer and developed the first Korean language word processor which made him known in the industry as the father of Korean Word Processor. He has successfully founded and operated several IT companies providing consulting services to a wide variety of industry clients. Jae possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, strong organization skills and international business management experience to excel in new growth opportunities. He has a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of today’s complex IT technology and a wide range of contacts worldwide. His extensive community involvements include the chair of the Korean Canadian Cultural Association, chair of the Foundation for support of Korean Studies at the University of Toronto, chair of the Korean Canadian Scholarship Foundation, and President of the Canadian Multicultural Council.

Lydia Shin is an active investor and member in the New England, USA and Korean entrepreneurial ecosystem, sharing her expertise in funding and strategic planning. She attends many public investment forums in USA, Europe, and Korea, as a mentor and a guest speaker and serves as a venture competition judge for the Mass Challenger Accelerator and Rock Center HBS entrepreneurship center in Boston. She has been appointed as a Global Leader Mentor of Korea Innovation Center (KIC) since May 2014.

Her interest and passion for promoting and developing a startup ecosystem among Korean and Korean-American has led to organize, together with other co-founders, the Korean American Society of Technology Entrepreneurship Inc., also called TeKOne organization.   As the chairperson for the Boston chapter of International Network of Korean Entrepreneurs (INKE) and an Asian American commissioner of Massachusetts, she optimizes her network to promote the economic and social interest of Korean community among local partners in Massachusetts.  She is an adjunct professor at Brandeis University, teaching a finance course.

Brian Chung is the founder and CEO of his company, Interactive Display Solutions (Since 2000). He received his B.A. in Political Economy from University of California, Berkeley. Upon graduation, he launched his career in Silicon Valley, CA as an International Sales Manager at Zeus’ US Office. After extensive experience in the electronics industry, he launched his own company, Interactive Display Solutions (IDS) - a leading industrial-grade display solutions provider to global companies and vertical market leaders. He was previously Southern California Chairman of the Korean American Society of Entrepreneurs (KASE) and the North American Chairman of The International Network of Korean Entrepreneur (INKE). As a chairman, he built a strong network with many entrepreneur organizations such as: Angel Investors, VCs, and Accelerators in North America. He successfully helped launch many startups and mid-sized companies in North America from overseas towards globalization.
