Readiness

 

 

Coming to North America for global launch requires a significant investment with huge commitment for startups. In order for startups to make informed decisions, KIGA Labs is running a 2-weeks program to get a taste of what is involved in globalization. By participating in this program, startups will not only get coaching by industry experts on Investment Relation (IR) pitching and Market verification but also get a real pitching opportunity in front of the leading venture capitalists.

Global Commercialization

 


KIGALabs has a 1 year program to help companies to be successful in the global market. This program is for startups that completed the Global Launch and Productization program or in an equivalent state.

 

Goals of the program are:

  • Customer Acquisition focus – get at least 10+ customers

  • Continue to improve the product functionality and include the suggested customer feedbacks

  • Find the Key Executive Team that will lead the company to next stage – CEO, CFO, CMO, VP Sales etc.

  • Working with Key Mentors who will bring creditability and stability as company is going to transformation

  • Executive Team focus on looking for right VC for Series A funding of approx. $5M-$10M

  • Focus on Rev, ReV, REV … to have a run rate of $1M-$3M revenue at the end of 1 year period

  • Sales and Marketing Expansion to the USA – with help from Series A funded VC partner !!

  • Leave Accelerator Center – Outgrown the current space and move to bigger and freer independent corporate space.

Global Launch & Productization

 

 

KIGALabs has a 3-month Global Launch progam and a 6-month Global Productization program.

 

Goals of these programs are:

  • Find the sponsoring company that will do the POC (proof of concept)

  • Product modification and enhancement during the POC period

  • Get conditional order if POC is successful – to generate $$ Revenue

  • Based on the positive POC and revenue commitment – Get early small Seed Funding to get to next steps of Commercialization and customer acquisition.

Additional goals for 6-month program are:

  • Focus on customer acquisition and product enhancements

  • Build the support team and key business development person for early sales wins

  • Actively looking for Serious Seed Funding to expand both Support, Marketing and Business Development Team

  • Get at least 3-5 end customers to show product/service acceptance in the market

  • Polish the IR Docs and pitch to key angel investor groups

  • Receive Seed Funding ~ $300K to $500K

  • Revenue Run rate of $200K ~ $500K to validate business model and products/Services
