Jong Kim was the Chief Information Office at Ontario Power Generation from 2011 until his retirement in 2016. While at the Ontario Power Generation he also assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer and the Vice President of Information Technology, Service Deliver, and Energy Market Systems. Prior to his position at Ontario Power Generation, Mr. Kim worked with Ontario Hydro as a Project Manager.

He has his MBA from the University of Toronto as well as his M.Eng and B.A.Sc in Electrical Engineering.

John Ruffolo is the CEO of OMERS Ventures. OMERS ventures invests in early to late stage companies in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors. He is also the Executive Managing Director with OMERS Platform investments, the innovation investing division of OMERS. He is a member of Canada’s Venture Captial & Private Equity Association.

Mr. Ruffolo is the co-founder and Vice-Chair of the Council of Canadian Innovators. He also serves as a board member of OneEleven, Communitech, Canadians for Clean Prosperity and The Next Big Thing Foundation. As well, He is the Vice-Chair of the David Suzuki Foundation and a member of the Toronto chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization.

Prior to his current role at OMER Ventures, John Ruffolo was a partner at Deloitte, and was a member of the firm’s Tax and TMT Global Leadership teams and a member of Deloitte’s Board of Directors.

Ian Collins is currently the President of Claremont Holdings and provides interim and long term C level guidance to companies on strategic aspect of business. Prior to his position at Claremont Holdings, Mr. Collins was the President and COO at Atria Networks, one of Ontario’s largest fibre-optic networks that was bought by Rogers for $425 million. He was also the Vice-President of Operations at Cogeco Data Service. Mr. Collins is also currently the COO of the CEO Global Network. He has his BBA from Wilfred Laurier University and a B.Eng in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University.

Elmer Kim has been helping propel middle market high growth companies since 1995. He is currently the Vice President of Growth Equity at Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), the only bank dedicated exclusively to entrepreneurs. He is also an Executive Member of International Network of Korean Entrepreneurs (INKE) Toronto. Elmer Kim also served in his role at Roynat Capital as Managing Director with a focus on sourcing and managing private equity investments for Roynat. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Prodomax Automation and has served on the Board of Directors for a multitude of networks including, Manitoba Netset, Carbon 60 Networks, Doc.It, and Equity Financial Holdings. Elmer can also be seen on the Weekly Business Panel on CBC’s Bottom Line. He has his B. Comm in Economics and Finance from the University of Toronto.

Sonny Cho has had extensive experience in sales, acquisitions, investment analysis and asset management. He is the President and CEO of the Canada Korea Business Council (CKBC) that focuses on Canada’s business, trade and investment attraction catalyst and facilitator that is focused on Korea. He is also currently the Vice President of Private Capital Markets at Greybrook Realty Partners. Prior to joining Greybrook, Sonny Cho was President of Avantis Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage servicing international clients. Mr. Cho serves on the board of directors for the Ontario Place Corporation, playing a key role in the revitalization process of this major attraction.

Chi-Guhn Lee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto. Chi-Guhn Lee is the President of the Association of Korean-Canadian Scientists and Engineers (AKCSE) that was created to foster scientific involvement in the Korean-Canadian community. He is involved with INKE as an advisor in the Toronto chapter. Chi-Guhn Lee has his Ph.D in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, his M.S. in Industrial Engineering from KAIST and his B.Eng from Seoul National University.

Mikah Lee, CEO of LPR Global Inc., a leading consulting organization specializing in international trade and business ventures between North America and Korea, has taken a pivotal role in fostering global partnerships between Korean and Western companies since 2001. Prior to founding LPR Global, Mikah Lee was a senior consultant and Bspark, a top tier venture capital firm in Toronto, Canada. In addition to her full schedule she is also an Executive Member of INKE Toronto and has also managed to write a best seller within its category in 2008.

Mikah Lee holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management and a BA from Korea University.

John Chung is the Vice President of Technology at Allied REIT. Prior to joining Allied, he spent five years as founding partner and Vice President of Information Technology at Arcturus Realty Corporation. John has over 11 years of experience in various senior IT roles at O&Y Enterprise  with responsibilities in both the network and application department. He has also held strategic technology advisory roles at Colliers International and other local technology startups. He is also an Executive Member of INKE Toronto and an Advisory Board Member of Realcomm

Inbae Ahn is the founder and Managing Partner of Adelpha Tech, a global software company that focuses on product strategy and design and ultimately adding value to a company’s business. He has an extensive repertoire of being an advisor to multitudes of successful startups, many of which have been acquired by companies such as LinkedIn and Konrad Group. Prior to Adelpha Tech, Inbae Ahn was the founder of Stone Soup Innovation Labs, with a focus on practical education, affordable co-working facilities and an industry agnostic incubator. He is an Executive Member of INKE Toronto.

Young Park has over 30 years of industry experience as a senior executive in strategic business planning, consulting, business and technology transformation, product management, and operations management. Young Park is currently the Executive Vice President and CIO of D+H (Davis & Henderson), a leading global financial services technology provider. Prior to her position at D+H, Young was the Senior Vice President  for the Property & Casualty Insurance Vertical at CGI Group. Ms. Park is also an Executive Member of INKE Toronto and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC) and is a member of the United Way of Peel Region PR Campaign Cabinet.

Young Park holds a Bachelor of Math (Co-op Computer Science) from the University of Waterloo as well as the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate directors, and has also completed the Queen’s Executive Development program and the Rotman School of Management’s Director Education program.

Don Lee is the President of Gibraltar Solutions Inc., a leading Canadian virtualization, security and cloud solutions provider that specializes in helping organizations in using these technologies in innovative ways to solve IT and Business Challenges. He is also an Executive Member of INKE Toronto.
